11/3/6070, Daggersmouth

This fight was hard. Varuum died, but then became a dracolich. She took the body of Minerith. Somehow we were able to stop her... mostly thanks to Cressida and Holy Avenger, but everyone did their part. Quinn was disintegrated, but Eiko use one of the wishes to bring him back. 

We didn't get the mask, but it was still a victory. Hard won, but a victory. Two less evil beings in the world. 

The airship is pretty banged up, but nothing that can't be repaired, I'm sure.

11/3/6070, Taka

We went back to Taka for ship repairs, replacing lost equipment and other business. I went with Cressida to visit the graves of her fallen companions. She told me I reminded her of her lost friend, Orson. It's an honor to think I might compare to someone she holds in such high esteem, and she brought up a very good point that it's important that we take the time to remember those we've lost in these long, drawn out wars. I need to make sure this journal is protected and kept somewhere safe. Maybe I should get a copy made...

After I said some prayers for her friends, we went out for some Holy Homie Happy Hour drinks and a promise from her to tell me more stories of her friends.
